I have copied and pasted the follwoing from the support team "The reason for the long delay is a mborc (maters beyond our reasonable control) in place which has delayed a lot of faults in your area.BOT...."
So I have an MBORC. I don't believe it! OK, I am happy to talk like this. fuck No broadband or phone, no mobile coverage, person at the property has recently had heart surgery - they're fraught with worry. Do Plusnet care. fuck

So, BT Openreach, because of weather conditions, have declared an MBORC in some areas.
How is that Plusnet's fault?
How is that Plusnet's fault?
A complex system that does not work is invariably found to have evolved from a simpler system that worked just fine

OK three little thinigs I need to highlight to the pair of you...
1. My original post contained zero swear words
2. The MBORC link you provided does not include MY area and this info should have been provided directly to me in my fault query
3. Whilst PN may not be responsible for BT delays (depsite them being owned by BT) the point I was making is that when communicating to customers, they should not use terminology / language that is not plain English. MBORC and BOT are just two examples

Your original post used various abbreviations for swear words which are not permitted
