Plusnet unable to solve my Broadband speed problem

I've had speed problems for the past two years. My current ticket started on 7th November and is still running.
No-one seems willing to take 'ownership' of the problem. The lack of continuity in PN staff handling the ticket means I'm reinventing the wheel everytime I call in. Combined with a lack of access to technical staff (as opposed to call handlers), all in all a frustrating experience.
I have yet to find where the PN 'award wining customer service' is located!

That'll be just the adverts, I'm sure they paid a few folks to do the surveys in years gone past.
I do know what it is like waiting, we've been waiting since last decade, last year, April to be precise - it just goes on and on and on and on, and then starts sounding like an Ariston advert!  Roll_eyes
It can be frustrating, but welcome, you've posted in the right place, here, from Monday, you will find the Plusnet award winning customer support in action, there are a few, I think they must have escaped from a maximum security stockade and are wanted by the goverment, but in here we call them Adam, Mand, Bob, Matt, Jo-Jo, etc............they are part of a little op. called DCT, the digital care team, where they pamper and look after all the little binary ones and zeros that go wrong and cause problems for us all from time to time, they can even solve BT problems, line issues, and account issues - all in good time though Wink  Cheesy
