Positive support for change of address

Just wanted to leave some feedback and thanks for the support I received for changing address.
I notified PlusNet a change of address at very short notice (2-3 days before being located at my new address). My phone line was active by the time I moved into my new house, and broadband was activated within the week without any problems. I had expected to be without a phone line and Internet access for much longer, but everything was activated very quick and smoothly.
Thanks to the PlusNet staff that helped sort all this out so quickly and gave me one less thing to worry about. Thanks Wink
