This is a restriction at wholesale level unfortunately. Or it is for FTTC anyway.
Out of interest, what details were you hoping to write down? Generally, that space is for the end user to dictate whether there is any parking restrictions or anything similar to that.

Double doors around back of NoX, knock and give me time to get to door as door bell is broken, is my normal Delivery note for online shopping etc
