Provide a US VPN Proxy

I would have thought PN could easily provide a VPN Proxy for the US with the infrastructure and peering that already exists.
Maybe £3-£5/month for a 2Mb rate limit and £10/month for a 4Mb rate limit.
Yes, this would be for using services like Hulu ...

Yep, but the Ellanoya will see the traffic as VPN and throttle it to a speed on my BBYW1 connection to a speed which will stop Hulu working.
