Queue information when calling Support by phone

When calling Support by phone, it would be very useful to be informed of where you are in the queue, as many other support services do.
Often the estimated queue length exceeds 15 minutes wait, and it would also be useful to be informed occasionally of the remaining expected wait time.

'Position in queue' and 'estimated wait time' are features that have been requested many times over the passing years.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Sorry,... but you are 8 years too late to start a campaign for this..... if you have a long wait on the phone...you could read this thread... started 8 years ago.... there`s plenty to keep you occupied until someone answers you....
