Really really really terrible customer service

For the past 2 days the webmail service has been close to none existent. And of course they do not have any staff to answer chat or telephone. Only just signed a new contract but take PlusNet - YOU ARE IN BREACH OF YOUR CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS. I am giving notice that I am terminating the contract.

regardless of your problem - and it is really not acceptable - the response will be that it is best efforts and not part of the contract

secondly termination of the contract can't be done via the forums

I've just taken a quick look at the product pages and couldn't see any mention of Plusnet including an email service.

Edit: It is included in business packages.

Termination was  a comment not a request - as I cannot send an email and they wont answer the telephone, 19 minutes so far, I am just letting off steam
