On advise from the Forum (Broadband/routers) I phoned the retention team and they have renewed my contract for 49p less than I was paying. also upped my allowance from 10GB to 16GB (the fact I don't even use 10GB is beside the point). Alex was very helpful and patient and I wrongly thought I had not had an acknowledgement, as I was waiting for an email, but there it was on the my questions section. Phone was answered with a couple of rings and all was sorted within 5 minutes. Well done and thank you Forum and Alex at the retention team.
