Ridiculous lack of support

Just tried to contact support about an outstanding question, chat unavailable as all agents are busy and a 60 minute wait time on the phone.

Time to stop spending money on TV adverts and fix you support model

V v disgruntled

The excuse is always "unusual call volumes"  but it doesn't seem to improve.

What is going to be done to improve customer service?
