We always anticipate a %age of manual orders as there can be many reasons for orders to either fail, not be accepted or simply not get placed in the first instance. I'm not aware that the number of these has changed recently, but will certainly keep my eye on it.

Hi Chris
I am not sure what you mean by Manual Order. I placed my order on line for a new fiber installation and every one of my requests were ignored. The installation date was changed and the modem was never ordered. The corrected installation date was never confirmed, so we had to wait in on the never never. It looks to me like you are trying to justify why your inept system has failed!
To give credit where credit is due, Kelly Communications who did the install were superb, they sent me a text to confirm the installation was complete and working as well as a telephone call to check if I was happy with the installation and the installer. I did receive the modem yesterday but it took some time to set-up as all the passwords supplied on the cards did not match the modem. A little frustrating.
This has not been a very enjoyable experience, in fact it has been very frustrating, but it is now working with a download speed of 33 mb/s according to BT broadband test.

Hi Brendon,
Good to see it's all working and I agree, the experience could and should have been much better for you. Please let us know if we can help in the future.
