My account opens on Aug 17 but the router hasn't arrived.  What should I do.

I've rung the 08004320200 and have hung on for ages with no reply. Is there a better one?

Hi there
Thats the correct number but call wait times can be quite long.
This page http://www.plus.net/supportpages.html?a=212&helpheader=rhmcallstats should give you a view of call volumes in real time but I'm not certain it's as accurate as it should be right now.
