How's it running now Steve? We're seeing a profile of 4000 so you should get speeds of 3.5Mbish now.

Thanks for the voice message you left earlier in the week. This has been my first chance to get online, to busy with work!!
Things appear to have settled down and speed test indicates 3500kbps.
