Anyone know how to contact  Tenter Street to talk to some one to solve a connection problem.
Have been in contact with the remote nohelp centre for over a week but no solution to the problem.

I've just had a look at the ticket and would suggest setting your DNS servers as a possible fix, either in the network connection on your PC or on your router - please try setting them to the following:
212.159.6.9
212.159.6.10
Or alternatively
212.159.13.49
212.159.13.50
