Hi, I'm disappointed to see my speed test history erased. I wonder why this is???
Would it have something to do with the fact that my speeds recently have been link:censored?
Even as low as 300 to 400kbps at times allegedly. It's a pity because "I" could have saved a record of my snail speeds.
I'm on the 90 day opt out scheme. I don't mind records being destroyed as long as it is for the better
adie:red attempt to bypass swear filter removed as per link:rules]

Is this on mybroadbandspeed.co.uk?
If so mine occasionally disappears and my speeds are pretty constant. There is some info stored in a cookie and also by IP address, do if you have cleared your cookies lately this might affect it.

Apologies all around!. I was sorting some cookies earlier, about an hour ago. That then probably explains all.
And then there's the swear filter... wasn't aware of the rules.

No worries, welcome to the forums
If you want to post your router stats and the results from a bt speedtest http://speedtester.bt.com/ you should get some good advice about your speed issue.
Perhaps start a new thread in the broadband speed board?

Hello adiewoo, I've been doing BT speed tests till I'm blue in the face.
Support tell me I should have no bother getting 7MEG. I can sometimes get 4MEG and more rarely 5

I would consider posting in the Broadband speed thread as people far more knowledgeable than me might be able to help
