And still today no sign of the email.
I've logged a support ticket to sort out the rDNS entries. Looks like our old IP still has the custom rDNS name still associated with it.

Email came through today, which is good. Sadly on the rDNS issue first responce didn't even read the details I've given and just gave out a standard scripted reply. Ugh, it always seems to be the first one that doesn't read.
