Re: Submitting a ticket method gone?

So I have got a question which does not need an immediate response.

I could enter a support ticket in about 60s.

I have gone through the ask a question wizard, which was no help.

And at 13:00 on a Friday afternoon, there are no Chat agents available.

Bring back the ticket system please.

Re: Submitting a ticket method gone?

If I choose, I am thinking of leaving, there are no chat agents available, if I choose, a question about my bill, there are agents available.

But really, I just want to submit a ticket

Sorry to hear you're thinking of leaving. There may be a problem with selecting that option on chat. If you follow one of the other option, the advisor would be able to transfer you to the correct department. Apologies for any inconvenience.

I don't believe we've ever accepted cancellations via ticket so raising a ticket for this would have likely resulted in a wait followed by a response advising to call us on 0800 013 2632.

If this post resolved your issue please click the 'This fixed my problem' button

Re: Submitting a ticket method gone?

i've found the online chat and email options to be totally useless no matter what your issue is.
nine times out of ten the response you get is "sorry i can't help with that you will need to call us".
