Once again my broadband speed has dropped to "narrowband".
Once again I'm having a problem trying to contact anyone about this.
The only option I can find is to make a phone call and hang on for 30 minutes.
At one time, there was a way to "raise a ticket" or some such jargon. Where is it?
If anyone is reading this, please just put my broadband speed back to the (pathetically slow) speed I was getting.

Your line has been 'chronically banded' so it won't get removed without intervention. I'm going to remove that banding now, but if it's reapplied then we need to get the line looked at.
