Thanks for your time on the phone @Sarah83 As discussed I'll continue to monitor your fibre order and I'll call you back on Monday to keep you updated on the progress. Once it's confirmed in the supplier system you should be able to connect automatically, but if not we'll explore any options we have available to us. 

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
