I've just tried to place another order and still no joy I'm afraid. I've pushed this back to our suppliers escalation team to pushed through as a priority.

I've left this with our provisioning team tonight to attempt to place the order again. The escalation that was raised can take a 24 tour around which I'm waiting on I'm afraid.
I'll be checking first thing in the morning but in the meantime our provisioning team will be chasing this.

Unfortunately we still haven't been able to place the order. I've pushed this back to our suppliers to and now have to wait for their reply.
