Ok, so my first thread on here was a rant about dire speeds. 
Well once it was sorted out, speed is great now, had no line dropping at all apart from a few minutes today.
A week later and after the teething problems, I have to say, things are going great. Had a billing problem today, which was dealt with in a friendly, pleasant manner and all sorted out now. I am really pleased I made the move from TalkTalk and am happy to be part of the plusnet family
