Just a quick note to say how great the agent was who handled my loss of service call to customer services a bit earlier today.
Took a while to answer but when I got through the agent's approach was practical, knowledgeable and friendly. - fantastic and well above expectations.

Haven't needed tech support as I'm not yet switched. What I will say though is joining PlusNet is the best end user experience I have had from any provider. Other providers could learn an awful lot from following this example.

A massive thank you to _Adam_Walker_
Who arranged for me to be sent a new router (A USB TG582n) that I originally asked for & was told by PlusNet phone support that they did / do not supply them any-more
