Well I was havibng a few issues/concerns about my number being ex-directory (with good reason may I add). As usual a member of Plus NEt staff was trawkling the forum and spotted my post. Jameseh contacted me directly, worked out what my concerns were and got the right staff to deal with it.
This is why I use Plus Net and recommend them to all my family and friends. I never get this speed of response or level of service from any other company I deal with.
