              Thanks for that, I cancelled my DD with them the day I cancelled my landline and broadband with them, However I got a letter from them today dated the 10TH saying my DD was needing set up again, Think they fail to miss the point I want their services cancelled altogether, Hence why I paid Plusnet £49.99 for a new line install, My obligation was to cancel with T.T. within my 30 day trial period which Ive done, They should do their job properly and Im not phoning their appauling customer services retention number again to clarify, Ive done my part and told them Id pay anything outstanding with my credit card.
Will watch my bank also as I got  a whiff that they have a habit of setting DD up without customer knowledge and therefore will be keeping a very close eye on my bank account, If they do that then thats theft I think.
Word of advice, NEVER JOIN TALKTALK...EVER...I thought I was doing my wallet a favour moving to them and in the end Ive actually paid out more!!
This Just in from TalkTalk on their forum, Result at last, Plusnet here I come Smiley

                Your welcome and thankyou also for keeping me informed that my order with Plusnet is still going through fine, TBH I cant wait as this mobile broadband is a complete nightmare, Worse than dial up, Cheers for that link aswell will go and have a read now, I will also let you know when my Plusnet phone is active aswell. And fingers crossed Broadband on monday which Is going to be a complete luxury LOL.

Hi Adam just to let you know BTOR has been and hooked my line up, Very nice chap, Made him a coffee while he was doing line tests, All came back pretty good, Hopefully broadband on monday now Smiley
EDIT.., Adam can you look at attachment one please, Someone has asked on my account about installation fee that Ive already paid, Ive said so on the ticket although It looks like Im replying to myself as there's no name on who Is asking? Also can you see attachment two please, Being charged £6.09 for for a phone product I did not ask to be on, I want to be on plusnet talk evenings and weekends and I cant seem to be able to change price plan at this moment, Can you also make sure that Monday 23/08/10 That I will be on plusnet extra with 3 months free broadband please? Look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Steve,
I've not had a confirmation through about your broadband order, however it may be working now so I've activated your account. Give it a try and let me know how things go.
With regards to ticket 34816664 that is an automated ticket, TBH it's a new one on me and I'm going to see if we can get the text change to make it clear that it is automated. It does say to check for a fee so don't worry we're not trying to take a second installation fee.
Due to the way your account has been resurrected it's not showing as the correct type at the moment so for a few days it will show as anytime, I have made sure that you won't be charged for this though. A charge for line rental has gone through today which is slightly lower than it should be £9.99 but we'll leave it at that.
Sorry things look a mess with the account but this will all be sorted within a few days as we need to get the billing dates for your phone and broadband services aligned before I can update the account type. Everything should work fine in the meantime though.

Thanks for getting back to me, My broadband is active, Say's Im on broadbandyourway option 1, Is the £9.99 charge not for that broadband package? It shouldnt be, I want extra for free 3 months, Also talkanytime Is not what I want, I want talk evenings and weekends and there's a charge of £6. odd for the weekends service?? Yeah It does look a mess at the moment, Hopefully it will all come together in the next few day's.

Hi Steve,
As I've mentioned you'll only be on this account type for a few days. We've only taken £9.99 so far for line renal (slightly less than the usual £11.49)  we've definitely not going to take any further fees this month.

Hi  Adam,
                 Any chance you can remove the static IP that's on my account? I rang in yesterday evening and matt said it would be removed in an hour and that It may require a reboot, I still have the static IP and My router's been off all night.

Hi Steve,
We did remove the static IP last night, but another one was added straight after. Not sure what the intention was there, certainly doesn't  look deliberate anyway.
Try rebooting now and check if the IP changes. I've closed off your support ticket as all seems to be in order now from our point of view but let me know if you have any concerns.
