Thinking of going Plusnet? Don't hesitate, do it now!
I' have nothing but praise for the Plusnet service I have received up to the present time. 
Customer service has been first class with regular text and phone messages relating to the time when the service would go live and in reply to any questions I've had. Phone and broadband have been faultless and I recently had to use their free service for moving house.
Even though it involved another area code and a new line installation it was all completed on time and when I moved in, all I had to do was to plug in my connections and hey presto, I was instantly connected to the internet (and the phone) brilliant!
More than happy with the service and have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone.
