Re: Thinking of leaving Plusnet - Any advice

I have just had to ring plusnets sales team to find out what is on offer from plusnet...(after waiting for a call from plusnet  since the 27th that never came) and I must admit I was dissapointed..
No 15gb package anymore
No paying a quid per GB if you go over..its now in 5Gb blocks..so if you go over by 1 you have to pay a fiver..
Limited options...either 10 gb or 60gb..
And the prices have gone up too
I dont know who is pulling the strings in management meetings there...but to be honest I think they are pulling them the wrong way...when I mentioned to the sales guy that with the fact your customer satisfaction ratings are really good now has come higher prices and less choice..
Dissapointing to say the lease as I really would have liked to come back...but they were nearly the most expensive company out there..
Seems im going to be stuck with talktalk after all...
Oh well............ Undecided

Re: Thinking of leaving Plusnet - Any advice

Hi Peckham Pouncer,
We can go ahead with the original offer that you had with us, I can make some provision with our sales team to make sure that we can give you this (a prompt will be given if you provide your old username when speaking to us).
As per my PM I'm sorry that we've not been able to speak with each other yet but if you like I can arrange for a member of our sales team to contact you.
You don't have to be stuck with Talk Talk if you don't want to be.
Adam.

Hi PP,
As per our chat yesterday I though I'd best also update your thread as I've kicked off the order process now and will keep you updated each step of the way.

PP - Adam's off today and has asked me to update you in his absence. We haven't received a response from Talk Talk yet but that's normal at this stage. We'll let you know as soon as we have anything for you.

PP they have not bothered me once since I told them to cut me off altogether, Although I did get offered this and that to stay with them, I dont think they are going to cut me off even though I requested it, On their own head be it.

Cheers steve...yeh I am keeping a clokse eye on it..I actually thought they had pulled the pulled yesterday when I tried to log on and it took me twenty minutes... of switching the router on and off disabling the wireless...enabling it..repairing the connection etc etc..(it normally only takes 15!!  Roll_eyes )
I have phoned them three times to ensure they, and I know understand whats happening...

Hi PP,
Just letting you know that I'm back in work today so I'll be keeping an eye out for the response to your VIC request. Bear with us as it can be up to a couple of weeks before we get a reply.
