Thinking of leaving Plusnet - Any advice
I have just had to ring plusnets sales team to find out what is on offer from plusnet...(after waiting for a call from plusnet since the 27th that never came) and I must admit I was dissapointed..
No 15gb package anymore
No paying a quid per GB if you go over..its now in 5Gb blocks..so if you go over by 1 you have to pay a fiver..
Limited options...either 10 gb or 60gb..
And the prices have gone up too
I dont know who is pulling the strings in management meetings there...but to be honest I think they are pulling them the wrong way...when I mentioned to the sales guy that with the fact your customer satisfaction ratings are really good now has come higher prices and less choice..
Dissapointing to say the lease as I really would have liked to come back...but they were nearly the most expensive company out there..
Seems im going to be stuck with talktalk after all...

Cheers steve...yeh I am keeping a clokse eye on it..I actually thought they had pulled the pulled yesterday when I tried to log on and it took me twenty minutes... of switching the router on and off disabling the wireless...enabling it..repairing the connection etc etc..(it normally only takes 15!!
)I have phoned them three times to ensure they, and I know understand whats happening...
