There is a problem on our suppliers side of things with regards to the actions they take to correct profile consistency issues which I'm afraid to say is still affecting yourself.
I'd like to add that we are working hard to escalate this case and other similar ones to our account manager at BT wholesale. I'm sorry that this issue is still evident but I'll do what I can to keep this moving forward. And at least you do have a working service in the meantime.

I know Adam has been dealing closely with you on this. I have been dealing with the other similar issues, and at the moment one of our faults managers is liaising with one of our supplier's managers to get to the bottom of this. It's unfortunate that yours is affected along with others but, sadly, some faults can take longer to resolve than others. I can assure you that we're doing our utmost to get this resolved for you, and others.

My MAC key expires on 13/08/11.
Am I being optimistic hoping that this problem will be resolved before I need to use my MAC key?!

Or maybe my choice of LLU's would be more suitable. At least they control their own equipment and their own destiny. Being stuck piggy in the middle between an ISP and BT who between them have had several weeks to fix a stuck profile is becoming tiresome.
Going down the LLU route would automatically fix the problem!
