Can some one get finance to action the following ticket please | ID: 33090637 , the ticket was opened last Friday as of yet no response.

I've nudged finance and it'll be done today (we only process those tickets once a week).

Suggestion - when a ticket is posted to that pool an automatic response is generated advising that the response could be a week in coming

Tickets aren't raised to that pool from the portal, but I agree the comment added by an agent should advise the response time. I'll get that arranged.
