Assuming it's not a dick move to talk about another ISP here, then it's ADSL24's Premium LLU Premium Pro package that uses the soon defunct network setup by Be There.
Be There was sold to Sky, but according to ADSL24 Sky are just hoovering up the user-base and migrating them over to Skys' network, leaving the LLU network behind in the hands of Telefonica, who ADSL24 can resell broadband service from.
Results may vary depending on lines, but for me, my exchange and distance from it, Be's LLU network kicks the pants off the 21CN network I'm on now. Also no traffic management policy, and with Sky taking Be's user-base, less contention, although according to AAISP, Be's network was the only one that had checks in place for contention, which at least showed they intended to keep it uncontended, or as much as possible.
If Plusnet could have offered something similar, at a similar price, I'd have been tempted to remain, but the only way to get AnnexM on Plusnet is to go on a business 12 month contract.

Were you aware that this week PN rolled out a new range of business products including a no contract option? I've just had a quick look and can't see anything about Annex M in the new pages.
Edit: I've had confirmation from someone in Plusnet that Annex M is still available on business products - he's asked for the information to be added to the pages

Just been pointed to http://www.plus.net/business/broadband-guide/ where Annex M is at the bottom. It is missing from the price guide at the moment which is where I was looking.

That's pretty cool! I just assumed it was a special retainer deal being broached on the cancellations line. It's certainly one step closer

I'm aware you might know this already jelv but for the benefit of others we're getting that added in ASAP.
