I have been waiting since 6th September to get PlusNet to port my old telephone number after joining PlusNet (mainly due to the fabulous customer service - surely you must stop mentioning that on your ads bearing in mind you have wait times of up to an hour on the telephone, the online chat is unable to "chat" even during your stated opening hours and you refuse to answer questions sent to your support team).
When will you port my number?
