Bouncing around the 7 - 8 Mb/sec speeds - so about what i'd expect.
Can you kill the pro service add-on thingy please -(dont really wanna pay for it - see if it goes to pot again on Monday (assume weekend doesn't have the same peak usage as week day)

Just checked all profile details and all looking OK, even if it was on the default profile it shouldn't be rate limited. What was it like last night?

I thought added pro is a waste of time exspecially u already got unlimited and line speed on the plusnet unlimited fibre?

Have you actually read this thread rather than just jumping in
The purpose in trying Pro was to see if there was a profile problem on this users account
