Add-ons are usually effective either straight away or within 4 hours. Package changes would take effect form the next billing date.

Bouncing around the 7 - 8 Mb/sec speeds - so about what i'd expect.
Can you kill the pro service add-on thingy please -(dont really wanna pay for it - see if it goes to pot again on Monday (assume weekend doesn't have the same peak usage as week day)

I've removed it, but I can't remove the prorata'd) payment that is scheduled on your next bill 😕 I can refund the same amount from a previous invoice, or refund it after your next payment clears.

Just checked all profile details and all looking OK, even if it was on the default profile it shouldn't be rate limited. What was it like last night?

I thought added pro is a waste of time exspecially u already got unlimited and line speed on the plusnet unlimited fibre?
