The call centre is indeed 24 hours, and I'm sorry to hear of the problems you've had jfrankcom but I can assure you that *all* staff that post on this forum are tagged as staff. The moderators and regular poster (who are volunteer and customers) would eat us alive if we even thought about not identifying staff members.

I am mid 70s and have been with PN for several years, as have some of my family. The largish church I attend has all their officers etc there too. No complaints heard from any.
No one has to agree with my opinion, but in the time I have left a miracle would be nice.

Well, I'm a mere 'whipper-snapper' of [undisclosed] years but both my parents and my father-in-law are also with Plusnet and all in their 70's, all would be happy to recommend Plusnet to others.

Out of interest I've been having a look at Talk Talk's BB forum. Unbelievable! It seems to take a minimum of at least a week to get a response from a TT employee & any follow up action takes ages. I'm sticking with PN!!

And there are people here who complain if they haven't had a staff response to a post on here for a couple of hours

You bet we would!
As Chris's post illustrates we are also lucky enough to be using an organisation that has such dedicated staff in the digital care team that, even though they officially work Mon-Fri normal office hours, often pop up during their own time. If they see something untoward that needs urgent attention they will directly contact the CSC (who do work 24hours x 365/366days) or one of the higher level experts who are always on call.
