I'm currently on pcl-ag06. Don't know what I was on before the last router reconnects, which was when VMU was still working OK!

The "View My/Your * Broadband Usage" page used to say "It can take up to 2 hours for your usage to show up - please try again later."
However recently that's changed to "Usage from the last 4 hours is not shown on this page"
That is evidently wrong - screenshot 1 shows the situation at 10am this morning when I got in from being out since before the 8am threshold. Yet background usage is clearly showing by then. It's now 11.30 and since I've been using the internet usage has gone up to nearly 50MB (screenshot 2) - yet it's still under four hours since the 8am threshold.
Would you please advise what the ACTUAL period is before usage shows up (assuming it's not nearly instantaneously which it potentially could be?) and correct the page to state that.
EDIT
* - the tab says "Your" but the page itself says "My"

Works for me, but this message appears in a pink box above the summary:
"Due to planned maintenance you may see an increase in the usage displayed on your account on 7th August 2014, between 00:01 and 06:00. You won't be charged for this."
The message has appeared for a few weeks, but not that long!

That message is still valid for people whose charging period is coming to an end this week.

It appeared at the start of August so must refer to 2015 not 2014.

Didn't notice it said 2014, 'cos that's on the second line. On mine (when it was working properly!) I saw it a day or two after 7th August this year, so it must be meant to be 2015, as 'drj' says.

Well, just had a look and find my VMU is back but only shows usage since 4th September. Prior to that there is 0KB showing under each day in the current billing period and a total of under 8GB.
Checked gateway and it hasn't changed since last week when I posted what it was on here.

Would it be possible to set "View my Broadband Usage" so that I don't have to log in all the time to see it? I can leave myself permanently logged into Webmail but it seems I'm thrown off after five minutes on Usage.

You can set the Member Section to Auto Log-in so you don't have to log in at all for anything to do with your account. This is quite separate from logging in to Webmail.

Thank you - I have never seen that before in my 5+ years at PlusNet! Can I suggest, PlusNet, that a link to that page is placed on the Login screen so that people know about it. I've set it for ten years...

This has completely failed - all I get is the attached. Please rectify as soon as possible since I'm on a 10GB cap and can't see what I'm using.

I eventually managed to report the issue (why is this such a difficult thing to initiate?) and quickly got the response:
"Thank you for getting in touch,  Many apologies for the issue - I have done some maintenance on your account, if you now reboot your router the usage should start showing again within a few hours."
... so I've done that and await the usage monitor showing again.
