I joined Plus Net in autumn 2012 on the 250GB fibre product. In August 2013 the View My Usage pages stopped working and despite, I think, three tickets this wasn't resolved and I was left only knowing my usage at the end of the month when the month totals appeared. Finally last week something must have changed as daily usage figures are now back for me, which is good. Don't know who did what but thanks as it's helpful to know where we are during the month.
