Well Mand, I thought I had sorted it but on checking and sending test messages, only one of my  3 mailboxes seem to be working. Have checked and rechecked and also checked webmail but I can't get testmail to go to other than the main mailbox.
Will I have to wait for the account to be activated?
I haven't heard anything yetbut am still away from my home (but am checking the contact email address regularly) so won't be able to set-up the router and BB etc (I know it could be anytime today up to midnight for the BB) .
My emails should still be ok though shouldn't they? Are the 2 other mailboxes "stuck"?

The order isn't showing as complete yet, but the mailboxes are active.
What errors do you get?

No errors. Just does send and receive ok but none of the test messages that I sent to the other boxes have arrived (have sent them from hotmail accounts or on the webmail.
Checked 'em on webmail and nothing there either.
By the way, since you spoke, I have received notification that BB is activated.
Can't do anything about that at the moment because (and it is a very long personal story), because of the volcano, I will not be able to activate the BB although I have been using my main mailbox no problem (pop with OE).

Mand, all mailboxes working ok now thanks. Just got all my test message in successfully.
Can you please let whoever needs to know that I will not be connecting my BB just yet as I am away from home until further notice.
Many thanks for all your help.
Will set up the BB as soon as I return in the meantime, I am able to carry on with my accounts, thanks a lot to all concerned.
