Re: What does this mean???

Did you get an SMS message when the cancellation was put on the ticket? Have you been informed when it was cancelled by BTw/OutOfReach?

Re: What does this mean???

No, got no calls from anyone....was only after I called PN that I found out BT had cancellled.
Apparently I've got another appointment now for Wednesday,
But only found this out by calling PN?!

Re: What does this mean???

You should at least have got emails (to your registered address) on the updates to the ticket.
I'd add to the ticket and ask why the original appointment was cancelled.

Re: What does this mean???

Yeah, I've asked several times now, just keep being told that they (PN) don't know?
Frustrating to say the least!
Oh well....fingers crossed it happens Wednesday!

Re: What does this mean???

Well I'd tell them quite bluntly to find out. You are one of many FTTC installations that have been messed up and most seem to be down to BT OutOfReach's incompetence and bad management.

Re: What does this mean???

I can see from ticket  57413144 that  a colleague of mine is dealing with this and an appointment is due for the 11th. I'll give him a nudge now and get this confirmed.

Re: What does this mean???

Have I understood correctly, you now have FTTC and you current speed is 445kbps, I do hope that's a typo.
