What is the email address to report Phishing/Scam emails for PlusNet ?

It seems there is no way of contacting Plusnet customer support to report Phishing or Scam type emails...

Doing a search on "google".. for   What is the email address for Plusnet Customer support brings up the following...

Contact | Plusnet

https://www.plus.net/home-broadband/contact/
Use Live Chat, email, phone or send a message to contact us. ... Our award-winning customer support is available 7 days a week. Contact customer services or ...

Note... it says   " Use Live Chat, email, phone or send a message to contact us. "   Yet, I spent a very very long time going round in circles, trying to find ANY email address to contact Plusnet support... ( the only one I could find referred to Press Enquiries)..

This is not "doing you proud" shutter, is it  ? ? ? ?    NOPE , it definitely ain`t....

I was on "live chat" just 24 hours ago... and at the end of that, there is a "feedback" form,  andone of the options listed, after using chat, is a question about how a customer would resolve a problem if chat did not work.

the option would be "send us an email"...

Well, I have been looking around the Help & Support, and cannot find any email address, except this one.

So... please.. be kind to me... and forward this to someone who can deal with it. .... Thank you..

Most companies, that have a large customer base, have  "Anti-phishing email address" that those customers can send emails to, in the hope that they will be investigated, to prevent other less informed customers from being hacked/scammed/phished, by these criminals.

.    PlusNet does not seem to have such a department. ...

Which, by default, means that Plusnet Customer support is failing their customers.

However, If it does, then it is not easy to find it, and report the scam/hack/phishing emails that keep getting passed by the  spam filters on the email network.

Here are three examples that I have received in the past few days

My email address has been corrupted by inserting XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX for safety.

However, you will notice it is "signed"  Kind Regards, Customer Support.....

( YEAH, I know, it is not specifically addressed to my name... which is a clue .... that it is not genuine, so that is why I am trying to inform Customer Support, of the failure to provide customers their support in repressing this criminal activity...

By not doing so, PlusNet, as a company, is , by default, approving, and supporting  the activities of  the criminals, who send these emails. )

Re: What is the email address to report Phishing/Scam emails for PlusNet ?

Surprised that that was a nil response to this. I have just received an obvious scam email about my Plus Net Account. As this must have passed through Plus Net servers it raises two questions:

Why was it not picked up before reaching me?

Why do Plus Net not have a "phishing" email address, like most commercial companies, to which I can forward it?

I wonder , if like the previous posting, no reply will be forthcoming, in which case I will escalate it to a complaint

@MartinC Try 'abuse@plus.net'

Re: What is the email address to report Phishing/Scam emails for PlusNet ?

There might be a catch 22 here; if said email has a suspicious payload … you might not be able to send it to abuse@plus.net !!!

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Thanks for the help on this. Sent to "abuse@" and no reply but it has not been refused or bounced. Still wonder why the original got through the Plus Net servers and why the "abuse @ " is not shown anywhere on the web site.

Re: What is the email address to report Phishing/Scam emails for PlusNet ?

report@phishing.gov.uk is probably more effective.
