Still no resolution, no access, no idea if there one/two webspaces or if  any files I had on CGI webspace still exist.
And then today I get an email saying you are increases prices, ho hum

I think there's been some confusion here. There's also a few things still wrong with the OP's account from what I can tell. Give me a few minutes and I'll chuck all of the detail onto the support ticket...
