Whats going on?

I signed up for a Plus Net account, phone and broadband at the weekend. Two support tickets entered. One from the 28/2/2011 and one today neither have been answered and its day four and still no telephone line!

depends on how you pay,  DD can teke 7 working days to set up before PN place the order
You can do the initial payment by credit card to reduce the delay
