Seems to be a major problem in Plusnet towers at the moment...
Webmail is generally non-resposive, timing out 99.9% of the time.
The portal reports:
The community site seem fine though.

Yep - noticed this myself, just as I choose to log on and submit a support request to move my account. doh!

It's affecting our internal systems as well which includes the ones we use to post the service status.
