Hey I don't mind a little unappreciativeness (is that a word) as I think I get that quite often from SWMBO - she doesn't agree by the way
More seriously this is the first time we have had any complaints (as far as I can remember) of being unable to find the the route for raising a question.
The bulk of the problems lay in trying to find the correct route through the wizard specially the one where you go back to the original window to raise a question which isn't specifically covered by the wizard
A prime example of the is raising a speed fault which takes you to the faults wizard when all you wanted to do was ask for the upload to be uncapped or the Plusnet profile fixed
