Why does plusnet charge its customers when, you can't deliver the necessary equipment on time?
I signed a 24 month contract almost four weeks ago, I have not used the phone or broadband service at all because I am still waiting for a router...
despite this I have been notified by of a direct debit payment for £27.89.
This is ridiculous.

Hi there,
I can see that there's a fault raised that has been attributed to the old router. We'll be sure to refund the downtime once you're back up and running.
