Why is there no support?

I have had a problem for over a week. Intermittent fibre broadband. Plusnet want to keep closing the call. It takes me 40 mins to contact them ( I cant use the chat facility because internet keep dropping out). The service is a joke!. Please please check that the fault is closed before you say it is sorted. This is wirtten out of frustration. any users know how to get a result?

Re: Why is there no support?

I've had intermittent problems for 5 weeks, phoned about 15 times with no joy, they sent an engineer who decided it was my call blocker causing all of the problems so because it's my fault I have to fork out £65, strange thing even though the internet started working later that evening it was back to being intermittent again and this went on for 4 more days, more phone calls again being fobbed off again and told I must pay the £65 because the engineer fixed the problem. What a bunch of jokers Plusnet really are.

Re: Why is there no support?

@uk144 I'll see if there's anything we can do to get this picked up.

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
