Why would recontracting on the same fibre product reset the Plusnet Current Line Speed

Opening remark - this isn't a complaint I am just puzzled

I recontracted my 80/20 fibre and as part of that - apparently - my current line speed changed from 44.8 to 80

This doesn't bother me and in fact hasn't affected anything as I haven't initiated a drop in PPP session and won't be unless I decide to see how it changes the speed test results

Hey there. Sorry that your post was missed. I can't explain it, however it does appear that your speed profile resets whenever an account change is performed.

This shouldn't change much, because once a delta report comes through it corrects the profile.
