Ok, chatted to Michele online, and she said I don't need to wait 72 hours, so new order done online.
Had to use a different user name.
So come on Plusnet do me proud. please.

Well, good luck with it all, I know Chris will do his best to ensure it goes as smoothly as possible. The problem with any transfer of services, even when they aren't exactly like for like, is that the losing provider can put a spanner in the works (being a bit bloody minded) as can Openretch if their side of things is not up together. It doesn't always happen, most do go smoothly.

It seems the problem was Open reach with a confusion of address.
