The order is processing at the warehouse now so I'd expect it to be dispatched over the next 24 to 48 hours.

Thanks for looking at this.
I really don't like the phrase 'expect'. I 'expected' the order to ship on Monday which was when I was told it would happen. ( the history being that the order was raised a week later than it should have been because most of the customer service people didn't know what needed to be done ). If the box is dispatched today (2 days later than planned, 9 days or so later than should have been) there is a chance I will have it by the weekend so my son can watch the football and I can spend less time chasing you guys.
Is the 'warehouse' a black box which has no lines of communication, nothing to be done there? Are we experiencing adversely high levels of youview box requirement?

And another call later...
The box may well be on the way but the system that records the tracking number is broken somewhere along the line. We discussed the fact that the text I received yesterday saying 'Your router is on the way' may be the youview+ box or a duplicate router to the one I received just under a month ago or a different router that will support the ip tv broadcast. I'm guessing and hoping it's the youview+ box.

Received an email today stating that the box had been sent and have also received a parcel today delivered to the address requested which is 99% the item in question.
Hopefully, in conclusion, the box delivered in a reasonable time scale but the customer experience aggravated by a process that was hard to get information on, slightly broken (no tracking number) with delayed email and text notifications (unless the box really was dispatched and delivered with a couple of hours).
