so there no point me changing the channels as it still crap wired?
i asked for interleaving to be turned off last Tuesday and many a time before that i take it they been celebrating with are money a week before Xmas as nothing been done for me.
whats this 30 day cancel contract thing I've seen people posting that apply for everyone?

Hi monkey001,
I've checked the order submitted on the 29th and it set interleaving to auto rather than off, I'm looking into why this is given that it was an autoamted order. I've also placed another order to get it removed, which should be done by tomorrow morning, and am sorry for the hassle there.
