I started to fill it out last night just before 10pm when you took it down for maintenance. I was half way through it and if not for my browser history I couldn't find the broadband trouble shooter page I finished on to complete it

Jim that link isn't added to the ticket that is auto generated when raising a fault via the fault finder, that is the issue

Hi Gus,
It looks like the troubleshooter you started prior to 10pm was sent for automated testing. To get back to the stage that you were at if you hadn't completed this, you would need to goto http://faults.plus.net.
It may be that when the maintenance started it completed your ticket and started automated testing.
