due to the recent problems with the 0x60 download server queue i surrgest that the XBL streaming videos is classed the same as bbc iplayer.
durring peak times for over 2 weeks now i cant get any streaming videos on the xbox dashboard to load and if by a micrcle they do load after 5/10/15 mins they only play for short time before needing to buffer again.
as soon as midnight passes bang back to normal loads and plays straight away so is defently caused by the streaming videos gettin same prioity on the network as download servers 0x60.
and yes i did a wireshark capture of both a map pack download and streaming video and both came back as 0x60.
theards that PS3 guys have bein complaining of poor demo downloads ect

I know it must be hard to keep all the traffic rules running right on the network but i would think a big % of your customers sign up to PN for your gaming credentils and is a shame to have a negative mark against you with the poor PSN/XBL market place download speeds of late.
