signed up to broadband and phone almost two weeks aga and have heard nothing since
signed up via direct debit so i knew it would take longer but it said 5 days max
if ive had no notice by friday i'm canceling

Have you tried ringing the Support Team to check on the status of your order? You can do this by calling free on 0800 432 0200.

IIRC Back in the days that I signed up for broadband only it was 2 weeks extra if the first payment was by direct debit. It was only a few days if the first payment was made by credit card. With phone+broadband I would it to be the longer period.

Hi biggyjaay,
I've just nudged one of our provisioning team, the direct debit is now active so we've been able to progress the order for you. The phone line will go active on the 28th for you, as soon as that's live we'll get the broadband order placed and that'll follow within 7-10 working days.
