Hiya, if I've interpreted what you're saying correctly speeds that slow (especially on what should be an 80/20 FTTP connection) aren't right but we will help you get that sorted. Give me a nudge when the fault's been resolved and I'll look into crediting you as a goodwill gesture as I'd like to do that if the speeds are that slow at present.

i forgot to mention in last post
since you upgraded the voice mail service i have had a intermittent tone and cant get rid he said he would raise as a phone fault but he did not want to do it until i had my BB issue sorted....
judging from previous experience couldn't this be part cause to my BB issues?

Might be a daft question, but have you dialled 1571 to check there are no messages?
You would have a slightly broken tone if you had a message waiting to be picked up.

yep first thing i did and no message... its been like this since it was updated to allow us to have  personal message on there

have scree shot if required.... so this would mean my router stops talking to PN server at some point ?

I can't honestly say why the ping is at 0ms, that would be desirable if it were a realistic reading Smiley
